These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LIFE Alignment mobile application and the website at mindfulmissionllc.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Mindful Mission LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at support@mindfulmissionllc.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Free tier. The Service offers a free tier that includes access to onboarding, the LIFE Alignment Diagnostic, basic habit and goal tracking, and limited coaching features.
Paid subscription. Full access to all AI coaching features, guided visualizations, and the MasterMind Council requires an active paid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed within the app and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on which platform you use. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except as required by applicable law or Apple/Google refund policies.
Free trials. If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The LIFE Alignment app includes AI-powered coaching features. These features are designed to support personal growth, reflection, and accountability. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact a qualified professional or call emergency services.
AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. You use the AI coaching features at your own discretion and risk.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mindful Mission LLC. The LIFE Alignment Framework, brand, and all associated materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the personal content you enter into the Service (your life vision, journal entries, etc.). By entering this content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mindful Mission LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mindful Mission LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page or by sending a notification through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
